Acknowledgments
A notary public confirms that a signer personally appeared before them and acknowledged signing a document.
  1. Completed document ready for notarization.
  2. Valid Identification
    • California Driver’s License or ID
    • U.S. Passport
    • Foreign Passport (USCIS stamped)
    • Military ID
    • Government Employee ID
    ID must be current or issued within the last 5 years.
  3. The signer must physically appear before the notary.
$15 Per Signature
Jurats
A jurat requires the signer to swear or affirm that the document contents are truthful.
  1. Document must be signed in the notary’s presence.
  2. Valid Identification
    • California Driver’s License or ID
    • U.S. Passport
    • Foreign Passport
    • Military ID
  3. Signer must physically appear before the notary.

Copy Certifications
The notary certifies that a copied document matches the original document.
  1. Completed original document.
  2. A copy of the document.
  3. Signer must appear in person.

Cannot certify:

  • Birth Certificates
  • Marriage Certificates
  • Court Documents
  • Naturalization Certificates

Oaths & Affirmations
Official sworn statements without attached documents.
  1. Signer must physically appear before the notary.
  2. Valid Identification
