we provide professional and convenient mobile notarization services tailored to meet your personal and business needs. Our goal is to make the notarization process simple, secure, and stress-free by bringing our services directly to your preferred location.

Appointment Considerations & Requirements
- Services will only be rendered in public places (e.g., libraries, coffee shops, hospitals). No home visits
- Appointments are tentative until confirmed
- Digital payment is required in advance
- For every service involving documents you will need to provide me with the documentation stating the notarial certificate language. This tells me exactly what act is required.
- As a notary public, I cannot do the following under any circumstance:
- Provide legal advice or draft legal documents
- Notarize a document if I have a financial interest in it
- Certify vital records (e.g., birth, death, marriage certificates)
- Cancellation Policy: Change your mind? Have a change of plans? We understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hrs. in advance via email to receive a refund for the travel fee.

Standard Mobile Notary Services
- includes travel and 1 signature notarization ($65 total including $50 standard travel fee)
- Standard Mobile Notary Services at public place convenient for you. My notarization fee includes travel and 1 signature notarization.
- Additional notarizations $15 per signature

Hospital Notary Signing Services
- ($165 total including: travel fee and notarization of up to 3 signatures)
- Additional notarizations $15 per signature
- Please note that hospital policy may require booking 2-3 days in advance. Navigating legal matters can be quite stressful while in the hospital and we want to make your notarization as efficient, convenient and respectful as possible.
- When you notarize with us we will confirm visiting hours and provide you with our full name so that I can be added to the visitor list. Additionally, if you are in need of a notary to visit your loved one in the hospital and have documents notarized, and will not able to attend personally, email [tbc] with the documents which we will print, get them notarized at the hospital and overnight them back to you. (Shipping fees may apply if shipping label(s) are not provided)

Additional Service Options
- Print Services - 10 ₵ per page
- Need your document printed? We can print up to 10 pages (front and back), black and white, at your request.
- Shipping drop off $35 flat fee
- Need to have those documents shipped somewhere? We can take care of that for you. We do not hold documents overnight.
- After Hours Bookings
- While we do not not typically take after hour bookings, requests that are accepted are subject to a mandatory $50 fee, payable in advance.
- Lease Signing Services (coming soon!!)
